The surrounding neighbourhood might not look very attractive, but don't let that put you off.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the fruit basket and complimentary bottle of water provided. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the local attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a all variety of sweet treats to choose from. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The only negative was the view from the balcony. It overlooked a busy street, so it can be noisy at times.

She keeps the hotel immaculate and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From reaching out to us before our arrival to explain everything thoroughly, to greeting us with a glass of wine and accommodating our needs, she made us feel like VIPs. The room itself was very comfortable, with a cute little porch where we could enjoy our morning coffee while admiring the sea view. The shower was also a pleasant surprise, with its massage jets offering a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the location of this hotel was convenient, with easy access to the tram station, making it a breeze to get around.

The location, although in a rather depressing neighborhood, was actually convenient as it was close to the port and not far from the city center of Messina. Despite this, the hotel managed to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Moreover, the breakfast served personally by the host was a nice touch that added a personal touch to my stay.

We appreciated the option of a late check-in available, which allowed us to celebrate New Year's Eve until late without having to rush back to the hotel. the location of the hotel was also great as it was within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. the room was clean and cosy and had a lovely view of the city.

The breakfast served lacked variety and wasn't very filling. the shower in our room wasn't strong enough which was disappointing as we had been looking forward to a refreshing shower after a long night celebrating.
